Getting the official invitation to the Congress and confirming the hotel registration are free of charge.

To enter Russia all foreigners must have a valid passport, a visa or a document reflecting a special residence status if any laws or international agreements of the Russian Federation do not suppose another order.

Visit the Kaliningrad region with an e-visa!

Starting from July 1, 2019, nationals of 53 foreign States may be granted an e-visa to enter the Russian Federation through the border crossing points, located in the territory of the Kaliningrad region.

  • An e-visa is issued within 4 calendar days, including week-ends and bank holidays.
  • There is no need for any invitations or confirmations. Just fill in the application form on the website.
  • There is no need to waste your free time or working hours to visit the consular agency during its business hours. The website works 24/7.
  • You do not need to pay for anything to obtain an e-visa.

E-visa is a single-entry visa and issued for 30 calendar days from the date of its issuance. The permitted stay in the Russian Federation with an e-visa is up to 8 days starting from the date of entry, within its validity period. E-visa validity and/or the permitted stay under it cannot be extended.

You can fill in an application form for an e-visa on this website not earlier than 20 days and no later than 4 days before the intended date of entry into the Russian Federation.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you applied for an e-visa. Your passport must have free space for border crossing stamps.
Foreign citizens who have arrived to the Russian Federation with e-visas are required to have a medical insurance valid in the Russian Federation's territory for the entire period of stay.

In order to receive an electronic visa, you must fill out an application for issuing an electronic visa no earlier than 20 days and no later than 4 days before the expected date of entry into the Russian Federation on the specialized website of the Russian Foreign Ministry: https://evisa.kdmid.ru/
